Suitable for the application of impregnating resins on metallic components as well as on electric motors or on high-tech composite elements in carbon and synthetic fibers, vacuum impregnation systems can fill porosities and surface imperfections of the piece, or even penetrate in areas difficult to reach inside spirals or coils.
The vacuum system removes the air inside the treatment chamber, so that the treatment liquid can be able to penetrate even in capillary holes and in very small areas, ensuring the total involvement of the pieces in the process.
The vacuum level used in the process can be totally managed by a PLC, as well as all the treatment phases.
The machine can be customized, from a single treatment chamber to more complex lines including pre and post-treatment phases (pre-curing, curing, residues removal).
