Our automatic conveyors are the result of a continuos technological innovation and teamwork of our electronical engeneering dept., and they have reached truly excellent levels of reliability and performance.

Over 100 different models available and the numerous installations carried out up to the present enable us to satisfy your specific requests.

Studied to automatically execute the various phases of washing cycle, and made exclusively with quality materials, our automatic systems are characterized by:

• handling along two or three axes
• indipendent gearmotor controlled by inverter
• absolute encoder
• adjustable accelerating and decelerating ramps
• retentive memory ( in the case of power failure, the position reached is automatically stored and upon return of power the conveyor starts exactly from were it stopped )
• safety at work in compliance with the laws in force
• power supply with "extraflex" cables housed on proper cable-holder chain

TA MODEL (Automatic conveyor)

• movement on two axes (horizontal and vertical)
• polyester/glass fibre fairing
• tattile positioner (combinable with PLC Siemens or your specification)
• positioning unit programmable with keyboard placed on the electric board
• liquid cristals displays (4 lines of 20 characters)
• speed, timer and functionning adjustable on each position
• gear motor with 24V c.c. motors with permanents magnets

The TA model runs on an aluminium monorail placed over the treatment tanks and the lifting bar in AISI 304 stainless steel can be normal or telescopic type (to reduce the height of overall dimensions). Thanks to its small cost, to the possibility to be equipped with basket rotation system as optional, to the simplicity of handling, the TA model can be used very well in all the activities where the pieces to treat are not much voluminous and small weight (its use is recommended for maximum 40Kg/basket loads).

T3 MODEL (3 axes automatic conveyor)

• movement on three axes (two horizontal and one vertical)
• SIEMENS PLC or your specifications
• operator console for times and cycles display and programming with 2nd level siagnostic
• liquid cristals displays (4 lines of 20 characters)
• speed, timer and functionning adjustable on each position
• gear motor with 400V c.c. motors controlled by inverter

The T3 model runs on monorails placed on both sides of the treatment tanks and the lifting bar in stainless steel can be normal or telescopic type (to reduce the height of overall dimensions). It is suitable to treat voluminous and considerable weight pieces (loads from 40 to 200 Kg. max. according to the model). The third axe (lateral movement) allows to handle tanks side by side, reducing the lenght of the installations. Thanks to its small overall dimensions, to the possibility to be equipped with basket rotation system as optional, to the simplicity of handling, the T3 model cn be used very well in ll the activities here the available spaces are small and the loading and unloading operations are carried out in a single zone.

TS MODEL (Cantilever automatic conveyor)

• speed, timer and functionning adjustable on each position

The TS model runs on a twin rail placed on the back side of the system and the lifting bar is in AISI 304 stainless steel. It is suitable to treat voluminous and considerable weight pieces (loads from 40 to 100 Kg. max. according to the model). This solution is indicated for the use in areas where the presence of corrosive vapours can damage the elements placed above the tanks. Thanks to the small overall dimension in height, to the possibility to be equipped with basket rotation system as optional, to the simplicity of handling, the TS model can be used very well where the spaces in height are small.

TP MODEL(Gantry automatic conveyor)

Thanks to the small overall dimensions in height, to the special constructional solidity, to the possibility to be equipped with basket rotation system as optional, to the simplicity of handling, the TP model can be used very well in all the activities where the us is particularly heavy.
