present as peculiar characteristics:

WASHING SYSTEM

Cleaning is assured thanks to the synergic use of:
· high-pressure spray wash;
· immersion wash;
· combined spray and immersion wash;
· high-turbulence immersion wash (HT).

The use of appropriate detergents results in perfectly grease-free items and the temporary protection of your machine against rust.

DRYING SYSTEM

The drying process, performed in a closed circuit with an independent cooling unit assuring condensation, results in perfectly dry items which come out at room temperature (which can therefore be handled immediately). Furthermore, our washing machines do not require a flue for vapour extraction as no vapours escape the exchanger/condenser, with the result that no gases are emitted into the air.

LS COMPACT

LS, COMPACT series

LS Compact model washing machines are capable of washing and drying even the most difficult points in just a few minutes and in very small spaces.

The additional models, created with a view to extending the range of use of LS Compact washing machines, go by the names of LS Combi or LS Rotor.

LS, COMBI series

LS Combi maintains all the functions of LS Compact and, thanks to its multistage tanks, enables up to three different treatments to be performed inside the same treatment compartment. As example, the following combinations can be carried out:

LS Combi 2= wash + rinse
LS Combi 3= wash + rinse + passivation
other required combinations are available

LS COMBI
LS ROTOR

LS, ROTOR series

LS Rotor is particularly suitable for the washing and drying of pieces which are always the same at a rate of 20 seconds cet.

Operation is based on a 4 section rotary table:
1st section = loading/unloading
2nd section = Washing
3rd 4th section = drying

The pieces, which are positionated on revolving holders, are washed and dried to perfection, and enable the cycle to keep pace with production
